PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal. Orders are processed once payment has been received. PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus account balance, a bank account, PayPal Credit, debit or credit cards, and rewards balance.

There is no surcharge for using your card. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the same as what your bank as on file associated with your account). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Your receipt of an electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Lavenoil™  reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Occasionally, Lavenoil™ will have product(s) available for Pre-Order. We recommend that you order the product(s) available for Pre-Order to be ordered separately from any other items you may want to order. Product(s) available for Pre-Order will be clearly marked in the product name and description.

All orders that contain a pre-order item will be held in back-order status until all pre-order items are in stock. Pre-Orders are shipped in the order they are received and once the pre-order product(s) is in-stock. All pre-order orders will be shipped before any new orders with the now in-stock product(s).

When a product is Out-of-Stock at Lavenoil™ you should not be able to add the item to your cart. However, there may be times when the product is out-of-stock and you can add it to your cart, which will delay fulfilling your order. Lavenoil™ will keep the customer informed of any product(s) ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

If Lavenoil™ knows the product will be back in-stock within 3 business days your order will be put on hold until the out-of-stock product(s) has arrived and is in-stock. If it will be longer than 3 business days for the item(s) to be in-stock then

Lavenoil™ will ship the order without the product(s) that are out-of-stock. You will receive a refund for the product(s) that are out-of-stock.

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Lavenoil™ signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Lavenoil ™ has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Lavenoil™ also has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Lavenoil™ shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Lavenoil ™ also strives to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Shipping Policy

All orders from Lavenoil™ typically take up to 2-4 business days to process and ship, regardless of the shipping method. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

If needing a rush option, which allows the order to be shipped the same day, the customer must pay a $15 rush fee. All Express Orders Must Be Received by 1pm in Order to Ship Same Day. This option is also dependent upon the choice of carrier and when that carrier picks up packages from the Lavenoil™ warehouse.

Lavenoil™ cannot and will not guarantee order arrival date. Any shipping or transit time offered to you by Lavenoil ™ or Tracking Numbers is an estimate.

Lavenoil™ encourages you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping, or product availability or lack of availability.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to change an order by adding or removing an item or combining orders.

International orders may be charged additional duties and taxes when their order goes through customs. These charges are declared by the customs department of the corresponding country of delivery and it is up to the recipient to pay these additional fees.

Returns

Please email [email protected] to start the approval process. Most items can be returned to Lavenoil ™ up to 30 days after purchase. Returned items must be New and Unused. Upon returning any items, you agree to pay the return shipping costs.

In order to ensure a reasonable receipt time, please allow us 3-5 business days from the time we receive your item to process your return. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect ordering. Lavenoil™ will cover return shipping charges for damaged/defective items and incorrect shipments.

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the original form of payment or issue a store credit for the purchase price of the item, minus the return shipping fee if applicable. If returned within 30 days of purchase, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. After 30 days refunds are at the discretion of the management and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and will be issued a store credit ONLY.

We will not accept any returns for items that have visible marks of using distilling caused by the customer. Any returns that have visible marks of using caused by the customer will be rejected.

There will be no refunds given on books, ebooks, tear pads, kits, CDs or DVDs. Exchange only for the same item if defective within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Digital downloads are sent immediately after purchase. Therefore, no refunds will be given for any digital downloads purchased.
