Look up your order directly in the order page to get your tracking number. More details about your order you can find by checking the tracking status and status of processing. You can use https://track24.net/ to check if the package on the way or not. 

Shipping usually takes 5-7 days.  We use DHL and FedEx.

Orders placed Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We ship to all countries except those with trade sanctions. ( For ex. Russia)
 
We don’t ship to APO.

I live outside the United States. Do I have to pay customs fees?
If you live outside the United States, customs and tariff fees may apply according to your country’s import laws. These fees are not collected by this company, and this company does not have control of these fees. You can ask for more details, and I will do my best to find information about custom fees in your country.

If it’s not too late. I will do everything possible to change the address. However, I can’t guarantee that the shipping service will be able to cancel the shipping or change the accepted address.
