When you make a purchase from Lavenoil™, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and you create a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. We will not use your email or sell your email to any other party.


To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to Lavenoil ™, via e-mail. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email, or via facebook as that is where we have our giveaways. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to Lavenoil ™. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

We reserve the right to exclude products from promotions and discounts. Such a situation may include, but are not limited to percentage discounts on products that have bulk pricing.

Only one discount will be applied per order. Items with bulk pricing are considered a discount. 

We do use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Shipping Policy

All orders from Lavenoil™ typically take up to 2-4 business days to process and ship, regardless of the shipping method. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

If needing a rush option, which allows the order to be shipped the same day, the customer must pay a $15 rush fee. All Express Orders Must Be Received by 1pm in Order to Ship Same Day. This option is also dependent upon the choice of carrier and when that carrier picks up packages from the Lavenoil™ warehouse.

Lavenoil™ cannot and will not guarantee order arrival date. Any shipping or transit time offered to you by Lavenoil ™ or Tracking Numbers is an estimate.

Lavenoil™ encourages you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping, or product availability or lack of availability.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to change an order by adding or removing an item or combining orders.

International orders may be charged additional duties and taxes when their order goes through customs. These charges are declared by the customs department of the corresponding country of delivery and it is up to the recipient to pay these additional fees. 


Please email [email protected] to start the approval process. Most items can be returned to Lavenoil ™ up to 30 days after purchase. Returned items must be New and Unused. Upon returning any items, you agree to pay the return shipping costs.

In order to ensure a reasonable receipt time, please allow us 3-5 business days from the time we receive your item to process your return. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect ordering. Lavenoil™ will cover return shipping charges for damaged/defective items and incorrect shipments.

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the original form of payment or issue a store credit for the purchase price of the item, minus the return shipping fee if applicable. If returned within 30 days of purchase, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. After 30 days refunds are at the discretion of the management and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and will be issued a store credit ONLY.

We will not accept any returns for items that have visible marks of usingdistilling caused by the customer. Any returns that have visible marks of using caused by the customer will be rejected.

There will be no refunds given on books, ebooks, tear pads, kits, CDs or DVDs. Exchange only for the same item if defective within 24 hours of receiving the item.


Digital downloads are sent immediately after purchase. Therefore, no refunds will be given for any digital downloads purchased.
